About Ventilation Surveys & Services

Ventilation Surveys and Services Ltd were formed in 2010 to provide the leading ventilation hygiene and fire compliance business in the United Kingdom.

The business was formed to undertake ductwork cleaning, air hygiene surveys and fire damper inspections. We have grown our business operations and specialisms over the past 10 years to now support Fire Door inspections and for our Kitchen Extraction cleaning clients we now offer fats, oils and grease removal systems for commercial kitchens.

All of our site engineers and technicians are trained to current industry standards to ensure we are able to deliver industry leading levels of compliance to our customers. We have built the business upon innovative service support software that allows real time reporting and rapid turnaround of service and inspection documentation.

We operate nationwide and employ over 90 directly employed staff operating out of our office locations in Liverpool (HQ), Camberley (Southern Office) and Belfast (N.I Office). We can support national contracts, planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
